Assam: Land of Majestic Rivers and Rich Culture

Assam, nestled in the heart of Northeast India, is a land of sprawling tea estates, powerful rivers like the Brahmaputra, ancient temples, and vibrant wildlife. From the UNESCO-listed Kaziranga National Park (home to the one-horned rhinoceros) to the silk villages of Sualkuchi, Assam blends natural splendor with cultural heritage. Don’t miss the iconic Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati or a ferry ride to Majuli—the world’s largest river island.
